PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

HolyPan is made of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene skin and polypropylene honeycomb core by thermoplastic pressing process, and it is a honeycomb sandwich panel.

HolyPan has high strength, its inter layer honeycomb structure can absorb energy effectively, and the fiberglass reinforced skin has excellent impact resistance. There is hardly delamination between HolyPan’s skin and core due to the advanced production process.

At present, HolyPan is widely used in vans, RVs, warehousing, aerospace, yachts, building decoration and other fields.

We offer a variety of HolyPan options to meet the needs of different customers.

Skin Thickness: 0.7mm, 1.0mm, 1.4mm

Core Density: 80kg/m3 ~ 200kg/m3

Panel Thickness: 8mm – 100mm

Panel Length: ≤16000mm

Standard Width: 2160mm, 2300mm, 2500mm, 2700mm ( Customizable if large volume)

Customized Width:10mm – 2700mm

Nature Finish
White

The polypropylene based nature finish gives HolyPan excellent performace of demoulding and makes the panel suitable for concrete formwork systems.

NATURE FINISH BLACK

The black fiberglass makes HolyPan opaque.

Anti UV Paint – White

The common white colors are RAL 9001, RAL 9010, RAL 9016 and RAL9147

Anti UV Paint Customized Colors

HolyPan can be also painted into different colors by spray painting.

Anti Skid

HolyPan with anti skid finish can be used as floor panels on trailers, truck bodies and scaffoldings.

With Primer and Middle Coat

If you want to paint the panel by yourself, we can offer the finish with primer and middle coat.

Bondable Skin – With Non Woven Fabric

An addtional non-woven fabric can be laminated to HolyPan nature skin and makes HolyPan can beglueable with other skins such as wood veneer, marble stone and plastic flooring etc.
